NightSheetTonight's messages become tomorrow's job sheet.

For solo home-service contractors checking messages after hours

Wake up to job drafts, not a pile of unanswered threads.

Forward an SMS or WhatsApp conversation with your working hours and service rules. NightSheet pulls the job details into a draft, flags what the customer has not answered, and leaves every reply unsent for your approval.

Sign in and you go straight back to the NightSheet conversation. Work happens in chat. This page never asks for your card details or email address.

PUNCHED ON THE CARDA late message rarely arrives as a complete booking. These four fields stay flagged until the thread answers them.

01 / BRING THE THREAD

Intake starts from a conversation you forward.

Solo plumbers, electricians, cleaners, repairers, and other home-service contractors who receive booking inquiries while they are on a job or off the clock.

  • 01

A forwarded WhatsApp or SMS customer conversation

  • 02

Your trade, service area, and normal working hours

  • 03

Booking, cancellation, reminder, and rebooking rules

  • 04

The details that must be confirmed before you offer a visit

02 / THE OVERNIGHT PASS

Tonight's messages become tomorrow's job sheet.

A late message rarely arrives as a complete booking. The service, address, urgency, access details, and useful time window are scattered across a thread, so morning follow-up starts with rereading and guesswork.

  1. 21:00Tonight

You forward the customer thread and provide the rules that shape a valid booking.

  2. NIGHTRead

NightSheet separates confirmed details from unanswered questions and drafts a job record.

  3. DRAFTHold

It proposes follow-up wording and possible time windows without sending a message or claiming calendar availability.

  4. 07:00Morning

You check the real calendar, edit the draft, and choose whether any customer-facing message should be sent.

A reminder and no-show or cancellation rebooking plan

CONTROLLED PACKAGE EVAL

The intake loop was tested against a bare agent, not a live job.

Catalog evidence: illegal booking input is rejected, a slot is never invented, and every customer-facing draft keeps a human send step. Issued 2026-08-22. This is not a production booking outcome.

YOU STILL HOLD THE KEYS

NightSheet drafts the sheet. A person still sends the message.

NightSheet is an after-hours intake desk for solo home-service contractors. Forward the customer thread, get a structured job draft with the missing details flagged, and keep a cancelled visit from silently emptying the day — every message reviewed by a person, never an auto-sent reply.

It does not

  • Live phone answering, emergency dispatch, or conversations that have not been forwarded
  • Businesses that require an automatic reply or an appointment booked without human review
  • Treating suggested time windows as confirmed availability in the real calendar
  • Replacing the contractor's judgment about job fit, safety, urgency, or pricing

Before acting

  • A person reviews and sends every customer-facing message; NightSheet never auto-replies.
  • Confirm real availability in your own calendar before offering a time slot.
  • No live phone answering — intake starts from a forwarded conversation.

STARTER / MONTHLY

Keep tonight's threads on one clipboard.

Forward the conversation, review the job draft, and choose whether any customer-facing message should be sent.

BEFORE YOU FORWARD A THREAD

Questions

Does NightSheet answer calls or customer messages for me?

No. Intake begins with a conversation you forward, and every customer-facing reply remains an unsent draft until a person reviews it.

What should I include with the thread?

Include your trade, service area, working hours, booking rules, and the details you require before offering a visit. NightSheet uses those rules to identify what the thread still lacks.

Will it book an appointment in my calendar?

No. It can draft possible windows from the hours you provide, but you must check actual availability and approve the time before offering it.

What will be ready in the morning?

You receive a structured job draft, a list of missing details, an unsent follow-up or confirmation, and any reminder or rebooking steps the thread calls for.

Can it handle an urgent or unsafe request?

It can flag urgency stated in the thread, but dispatch, safety assessment, job acceptance, and pricing remain with the contractor.
